    Role Overview

    The Director of Membership Sales is a founding, revenue critical role responsible for driving

    membership growth while serving as a visible ambassador of The Sanctuary brand in the Southwest

    Florida market. This position sits at the intersection of sales, community, and experience and is ideal

    for a relationship driven sales leader who thrives on connection, accountability, and results.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Lead all local membership and sponsorship sales efforts and assist in event sales

    • Own the full sales cycle from introduction through onboarding

    • Build and manage a high quality, referral driven sales pipeline

    • Conduct private tours and curated prospect experiences

    • Represent The Sanctuary with professionalism, warmth, and credibility

    • Build trusted relationships with business leaders, families, and referral partners

    • Maintain disciplined pipeline reporting and forecasting

    Experience and Background

    • Five or more years of relationship based sales experience preferred

    • Experience selling high value or discretionary products or memberships

    • Background in golf, private clubs, hospitality, fitness, real estate, or luxury services strongly valued

    • Golf knowledge is an advantage but not required if cultural alignment and sales acumen are strong

    Compensation

    This is a salaried plus commission role with total annual compensation expected to range from

    $60,000 to $110,000 in year one based on achieving defined membership sales goals. Meaningful

    upside exists for high performers with no artificial earning ceiling.
